Yearly subscribers actually get more invites than monthly subscribers (30 for the whole year, as opposed to 24 total during a year for monthly payment, http://www.spotify.com/en/products/pr... ). Seems like your case was an error. – mzl, on December 10, 2009 11:10

At the top of a playlist, you can set a switch so that the playlist is available offline. An offline-playlist is guaranteed to be in the cache: no streaming is neccessary. It should play fine then. Good luck.

In addition to what Andres said, I would suggest that you contact Apple and complain to them. If enough people want it, they might change their mind (well, we can hope at least :).
