You could either click the name-column two more times (first click to reverse-sort, second click to remove the sorting), or you could click the first, unnamed pseudo-column before the track column.

It is a good question - I don't think they automatically get updated but if you listen to the playlist (while online) it will replace standard bit rate with higher for offline as well.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to get a screen-shot including the context menu. If I in the attached screen-short right-click on the horizontal list of songs to play/that has been played at the bottom (for example, on Stricken Arise by Morbid Angel), I get the following list of options:

What is the "Edit info..." option in the context menu for the artist radio play field (that is, the lower part of the artist radio page) supposed to do? On my machine (Ubuntu Linux with Wine 1.0) it has no effect when clicked.
