mzl marked one of Andres' replies in Spotify as useful. Andres replied to the question "Sync offline to Ipod Nano".
A comment on the question "Why remove the volume control from Spotify mobile?!" in Spotify:
Well, most posts here have few if any comments after 14 hours. Not that suprising really.
That said, I personally didn't understand what the volume-control was there for, so not missed by me. YMMV though. – mzl, on October 09, 2009 11:34-

If you install it on your computer, it will stay on your computer. For installation instructions, see http://www.spotify.com/en/download/-

I use http://www.freshspotify.com/ to get info on new additions that I'm interested int. Works like a charm, especially if you have a Last.fm account to populate the notification list.-

A comment on the problem "Sound is very flat and empty" in Spotify:
If you refer to "hallonbåt", that seems to be a different issue, not sure if it is solved or not.
Again, what is the issue you are experiencing? If you are comparing the sound from Spotify with sound from another source, are you sure that you actually comparing with the same level? – mzl, on October 09, 2009 09:14
A comment on the problem "Sound is very flat and empty" in Spotify:
What "issue" would it solve? The apparent lack of fullness that has been discussed here was due to volume level effects, and is an inherent property of dealing with lots of disparate audio sources in a somewhat consistent manner. For those that didn't like it, there is now an option to disable volume normalization. – mzl, on October 09, 2009 08:59

mzl shared an idea in Spotify on October 07, 2009 10:20:
GUI idea for play adding to play queue in iPhone appLike many others, I would like to have a queue in mobile Spotify. I'm using the iPhone app, and similarly to how copy/paste works, holding on a track (or album, ...) should bring up a small context sensitive menu that allows for Queuing the track.
Additionally, the menu could have other options, like the context sensitive menu in the desktop client.
Kenny McCartney's reply to "Play Queue in Spotify Mobile" was just promoted to the most useful! mzl and 2 other people think it's one of the best replies.
I think this is more than just a nice idea - I think it's a necessity. I often spend 10-15 minutes on my PC just playing with searches and thinking "Oh, I'll listen to that, oh and that, oh and that...", then sitting down and listening to it all. It's what makes Spotify so much fun. On my iPod, I find myself relying more on the playlists, which takes away much of the spontaneity (and fun).
