Thx for your efforts.
Regarding the subject line, other RSS to email services I've used either put the name of the feed as the subject line e.g. "NewsBlog". Or the email address used to send the feed has the same name as the feed e.g. the email address noreply@peedfeed.com would be named "NewsBlog".. and the subject line is the heading or title or the story.
E.g. From: "NewsBlog" Subject: Goggle announces hostile take over of Microsoft.
Body of email: Story blah blah blah.
I have no idea about the complexities of setting a system like this up....
Just some ideas.
Cheers.

Non-javascript version of your Widget.Awesome tool.
With regards to the Widget - is there any chance you could provide a non-javascript version of your widget for blog sites which can't handle JavaScript.
Cheers.-

PeekFeed formatting and Subject line suggesion.Peek Feed works really well. And quickly delivers full-text feeds to my inbox.
I've no problem with the emails being plain text. I've a couple of suggestions:
1. Formatting - the email content is in a narrow column. It would be easier to read if the content was page width and with spacings so to tell where one paragraph ends & the next begins.
2. Subject - instead of '1 update (13.14 08/01)', it would be better to have the feed name in the subject line of the email i.e. NewsBlog, My Twitter etc. That way a filter can be set-up to direct the email to a folder.
I haven't come across anything else as quick and easy as PeekFeed. Nice work.

Windows Live SpacesHello. I'd like to see Windows Live Spaces added to Ping.me list of social networks. Thanks.
A comment on the question "What is an alternate service to I Want Sandy?" in I want Sandy:
Yeah, I realise you can add as many mobiles or emails you want on the RTM reminders tab. The problem is I want to differentiate my reminders so only some go to my mobile. With RTM reminders - it's either all or nothing.
So that's why I came up with my work around.
So it goes from:
RTM reminder > Gmail > Gmail filters for the word mobile > Vodafone email > Txt message
You have to turn on the txt message notification on your Vodafone email (or whatever your carrier is).
Yeah, it's a bit convoluted, but it works.
So an example of an RTM mobile reminder would go like this:
'Hockey game on turf 2 mobile'.
You can substitute any word for mobile - just make sure you set-up your Gmail to filter for it e.g.
'Hockey game on turf 2 PurpleMonkeyDiswasher' – N1cks, on December 10, 2008 02:54

The 'Sandy' feature I really valued was the ability to specify which reminders went to my mobile. I also valued iCal. So a quick summary of the programmes I've investigated:
PingeMe - can specify mobile, but no iCal
RTM - iCal, but can't specify mobile
Toodledo - same as above & can't specify a freaken 'due time' (for email scheduling).
Deadline - too basic
Backpack - not free
However, I've found a work-around to specify mobile reminders for RTM using Gmail.
Simply create a filter in your Gmail to forward any reminders with the word 'mobile' to your mobile's email address. Of course when creating the initial reminder in RTM be sure to include the word 'mobile' in the subject line.
Made a couple of test runs & it appears to work fine.
Also, according to Wikipedia RTM has over 750,000 users so is unlikely to write us a 'dear john' letter like Sandy.

^ I agree with Wayne. PingMe is pretty good, but doesn't support iCal. There doesn't seem to be an 'IwantSandy' alternative.. from what I can see. – N1cks, on December 09, 2008 00:09-
