Name.com support is really putting it down..... One email takes more than 18 hours to be answered in week days... No support hours in weekends......
Name.com surely have to do something.....or it will lose its valuable customers.

As far as I know.. i think you will have to wait 60 days before transferring out to another registrar..

Whenever, someone pushes his/her domain... it would be good.. if there is a email notification to the receiver that a domain is received.

A email similar like "yourdomain.com has been pushed into your account" would be great.

Yes, I agree that $8.99( and even cheaper with coupon code) is the best prices found on the net. I know all the registrar's price is increasing from 9.99 to even $15.99 per domain without the whois guard..
Name.com is only around $8 with free private whois, google apps and other services.
