Is anyone else on USCell noticing now that you cant post tweets via your cell phone? Ever since this @ problem was fixed, I no longer am able to communicate with twitter via text message. I still GET messages, but none of my tweets or commands that I send via text are picked up. It seems suspicious that this happened the very same day the @'s started working.

ANYONE ELSE ON USCELL HAVING THIS PROBLEM??

As a US Cellular user, on my Motorola V3m RAZR -- I missed the following (and MANY like it)

The exact display on my phone was:

(ONLY. No @, no nothing. So I would know when people were @replying, I just wouldn't know what they were saying & would have to get on the web to know)

Now I have bought an LG Ux260, and the display is like this:
atlas600: pinknacho pssha! house cleaning is overrated, go have a margarita instead
(The only thing missing is the "@" preceding my username).

I'd replied to a similar topic before. My carrier is Alltel and with my Treo 650 everything after the "@" would get truncated. I just got a Blackberry Curve (8330) and now I get messages with all the text, just the "@" doesn't show up before the name. Odd behavior, but a definite improvement.

Just shows, though, that though there may be issues with a carrier, it might also have something to do with the phone itself in combination with the carrier.

Any status at all, no matter from whom becomes blank after, and including the @. So if someone were to says, "hanging out with @theledfloyd at school" i would get it on my phone as "hanging out with". Same happens for example when some would say, "the movie starts @ 8" i will only see "the movie starts" and thats it.

Those all come in blank, well, it just sends the user name.

That came in as "SeanMarler: Checking out Jayson Frye's =>" There was something wrong with the bracket... I also noticed that something goes funky when I someone sends a ~ as well.
