What Happened to My Orders?Hello,
I ordered 2 Joby Gorilapod tripods from you on 12-22-08. Neither has been delivered yet. I am VERY sad that my relatives were unable to use your product so they could take special family photos. (Their children were traveling in from several distant states.)
I also am quite sure that I did use a password - and know what it is. However, your system will not allow me to track the delivery of my gifts. It continues to say that either my email address or password are incorrect. I need help finding out what happened to my gifts. I hope to hear from you very soon so that what I thought would be a terrific late Xmas present or New Year's gift (relatives were together for 2 weeks - unfortunately are now gone) might be available for an upcoming trip to one of their childrens' homes.
