I had the very same problem until I cam across Launch4j (http://launch4j.sourceforge.net/). It's a great tool and means that you can give all you java applications a custom process name, i.e. no more java.exe/javaw.exe.
The thing to remember is to tick the "Custom process name" tickbox on the first screen (I use version 2.1.5).
Here's the file I used to create jedit.exe...
<launch4jconfig>
<dontwrapjar>false</dontwrapjar>
<headertype>0</headertype>
<jar>C:\Program Files\jEdit\jedit.jar</jar>
<outfile>C:\Program Files\jEdit\jedit.exe</outfile>
<errtitle></errtitle>
<jarargs></jarargs>
<chdir></chdir>
<customprocname>true</customprocname>
<stayalive>false</stayalive>
<icon>C:\Program Files\jEdit\jedit.ico</icon>
<jre>
<path>C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_04</path>
<minversion></minversion>
<maxversion></maxversion>
<initialheapsize>64</initialheapsize>
<maxheapsize>192</maxheapsize>
<args></args>
</jre>
</launch4jconfig>
Narasimha shared an idea in RescueTime on January 31, 2008 07:15:
Handling meeting request till there is integration with Calendar providersTill resuce time starts supporting direct integration with mail clients such as outlook etc, If rescue time can allow users to define working hours and setup time limit beyond which the idle time shows up in rescue time as idle times. Now user can tag these and include them in the reports. For example if I define my working time as 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST as working hours and 15 mins as the time limit then I will be able to see all the idle time beyond 15 mins in a separate place. Later on I can tag them as meeting or based on the meeting tag them accordingly to show up in tagged reports. This can be used by anybody whose Calendars are not integrated with rescue time.
