Milestones at any ageI'd love to be able to note any milestone. A few don't appear because they're supposed to be too young for it, but if they're mastering something early there's no way to mark it if tumblon says it's too soon. Could this be opened up so we can go ahead and track it sooner?-

Currency set correctly but not being paid correctlyI have a gracious client helping me test this service and we've run into our first snag. I have my settings set to USD but her paypal payment came through as GBP.

but how is it different when you're private? I would think it would be MORE important to get those notifications because it requires action (accept or deny) whereas a public account wouldn't need to do anything in response.
As for your complaint against it though, isn't that what the block feature is for? It's specifically to block people from continuing to requesting to follow you after you deny them.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to be rude, but I KNOW that EVERY problem I've had with twitter has to do with protected updates. I get that. What I don't get is why this doesn't seem to be a problem, a bug, but simply a "feature" of protected updates. It shouldn't matter if my updates are protected. I should still get that email. My getting notifications should have NOTHING whatsoever to do with whether my updates are protected!

ditto. i only follow my friends, people i know, because i get what they're saying. I don't mind if people want to follow me on request if they have something in common and aren't trying to spam me, but I don't care to follow them because I don't know them and most likely won't "get" any of their tweets.
But... I try to unfollow them and it removes them completely so they're not following me, after I JUST accepted them. Now I feel bad, like I rejected them. :(
Even worse, I can't post a tweet saying, "hey sorry to whoever I added and removed, it was Twitter's fault" :) because my updates are protected so they'd never see it!
Natalie marked one of zorro's replies in Twitter as useful. zorro replied to the problem "I approved someone to follow me, and now I am automatically following them.".
Jason Goldman's reply to "I approved someone to follow me, and now I am automatically following them." was just promoted to the most useful! Natalie and 3 other people think it's one of the best replies.

Can I get an email when someone requests to follow me?I never know when someone wants to follow me until I pull up Twitter on the web (which isn't a lot these days since I use other apps to post to Twitter). I get notifications when people begin following me, who I am following, but I don't get those requests and suddenly there will be 4-6 requests I don't know about.
