I've done lots of customer support work. In stating that I know what you must be thinking of me. "How blonde is this woman" LOL I'm sorry I guess my question was how do the numbers work on the ranking! Ahhh, yes now that generates a different answer! I went to the most followed users and seen there the rankings and the top person's rank is number 1. Sorry to have bothered you! And thanks again. I love Twitter!
