When we first started developing Gigblastr, the Facebook API did not allow for creating events, so we had to settle for just posting the link to one's Facebook profile. But now Facebook introduced event posting via their API, so we expect to be adding this shortly. Thanks for your feedback!

Adding an image

Both upcoming and eventful support attaching images to an event, which they say improves its chances of getting noticed. So we will be adding support for this soon.
