system claims it can't find the town matching the name it provides from a postal code lookup.

When looking up a town either by name, or by postal code... the name of the town, (Brandon, VT, United States) came up, but the system claimed that it couldn't find the town.

"We didn't make any changes because of some problems: We can't find a city called 'Brandon, VT, United States'."

This doesn't make any sense at all.. and has prevented me from being able to add my Thanksgiving trip. :-(

Why does Directv have a computer call me every month about my bill instead of a human? I've never paid a bill late, and my $80+ a month should be able to pay for friendly staff... Computer calls are tacky and do not help build a relationship. Would you consider dumping this computer calling system that doesn't provide any useful or helpful info?

you can't. the only time you can know when someone has rated you, is when they've rated you through quickmatch as a 4 or a 5.

I need to reclaim my username... it's attached to an old dead email address, so i can't retrieve my password. username is naterkane. to authenticate me, or get in touch, just google me.

I have a dry-loop business DSL account. The telephone number associated with that dry loop account does not appear on any of my paper bills.

I call the verizon business tech support number, and am asked to either enter my number, or say "i don't have one" relying on their voice recognition.

if i call after 5pm, the telephone system instructs me to call back during normal business hours and then disconnects me. i understand sales being closed at 5pm, however tech support being closed is unacceptable.

my connection has been very spotty all day, and now i have to wait until monday to call to speak with their support staff to fix the problem? c'mon. this is supposed to be "business class" service (and support). I pay extra for it, expecting an extra level of support.
