Your bacgrounds aren't where MediaShout is looking for the BookBacks.
Go to Tools > Settings > Bibles and determine the BookBacks folder.
Find where v4 is looking for the BookBacks and then move the folder(s) of the WF media to that folder.
Hope this makes sense. If not, call our support team and they can walk you through it.

Nathaniel Holzmann replied on November 20, 2009 18:15 to the question "Section cues can't be moved (drag 'n drop) within a group of back to back section cues" in MediaComplete:
Yup. This is because when you drag a cue 'below' a section cue, it's actually adding it to the section cue. Since Section Cues can't be added to a section cue, the program won't allow you to drag a section cue below another section cue.
I think we'll need to change this behavior so you can drag a cue ON to a section cue (but section cues themselves won't be allowed to do this).

To be honest, I'm not sure what to think. The issue isn't adding title pages, but rather the formatting of the title page (much more complex than the name) is usually different than that of the rest of the cue. – Nathaniel Holzmann, on November 20, 2009 16:57

I'm running Win 7 and the WF BibleBacks work fine for me...?
I moved the BibleBack files to: C:\Users\Public\My Shout\Shoutable Library\Bookbacks
and the templates to "C:\Users\Public\My Shout\V4\Plugins\Cue Templates
Opened MediaShout and things worked great. :-) What, specifically, are you having a problem with?

Nathaniel Holzmann replied on November 17, 2009 22:17 to the problem "MS4 Song Templates Not Applying Correctly" in MediaComplete:
Just so everyone know's what's going on with this issue:
V4 currently keeps only one (1) set of settings in each template. This is different than what was going on in v3: with multiple stanzas enabled, we kept the properties for each stanza type in the template: the properties for "title1" from the template were applied to the title1 stanza of the song.
This is the crux of the 'bug.' In v4, we have multiple stanzas on ALL the time. So, now, when you apply a template to the cue, it's not keeping the Title 1 stanza settings. We're looking at solutions to 'fix' this change from past behavior and are open to suggestions on this issue. Please remember:- we support more than one title page
- we want to maintain the logic
- we want to make it easier to use
However, I also want to share a little known feature: the ability to apply a template to a specific stanza and also create a template from a specific stanza. If you right-click on a stanza in your play order, you'll have an option to Apply, Save As, and edit the Template Properties:

Using this functionality, you can create a "Title" template and apply it to the title page of your song.
In conclusion, I admit that this isn't the ideal solution for users who are used to having the title page included in the tempate (and I apologize!). Hopefully, this post helps clarify the issue and provides an alternate solution.-

Nathaniel Holzmann replied on November 11, 2009 18:42 to the question "MOV timeline won't advance" in MediaComplete:
Both. Basically, MediaShout isn't getting the necessary feedback from the video (through the codecs you installed) to know where it is in the playback and/or control the playback (select further/fast forward).
Depending on the mov format, you might be able to tweak the codecs used to render the MOV via ffdshow, but I wouldn't recommend tweaking unless you're comfortable possibly messing it up.

I'd probably recommend using a video mixer to switch between MediaShout and your IMAG feed. You can probably get a decent one on ebay for cheap. New, units start at about $1000.
Importing IMAG into MediaShout, while it might work, won't be a good long-term solution and will introduce latency into the system.
