license transfer for adobe cs2
When attempting to upgrade a user to a new machine i get this error code when trying to transfer the license for Adobe CS2 of of their old machine, "Error code 93:-1". I've been through the transferloop like 10 times with phone support and no one can seem to help me with this issue.
