NHS.uk should show a 'This months Top 10 user rated Hospitals' widget on the homepage.It would be cool to see the top 10 best rated hospitals in England chart for the previous month shown on the NHS homepage based on user ratings.-

You should be able to create a single login identity for both the NHS Choices and HealthSpace websites.I was quite surprised that after creating an account on HealthSpace, that I would have to create a separate account to be able to login to the NHS Choices website. Surely it makes more sense, and makes it simpler for users to have a single account for access to NHS services, which you can use on all NHS websites? -

The 'RSS News Reader' on HealthSpace does not work.The 'RSS News Reader' widget on the overview screen on HealthSpace doesn't seem to work. I choose the only option in the drop down menu 'BBC Health', click view, and nothing happens. I just get a message saying 'There are no news items'.
I'm on Mac OSX 10.5.8 using Safari 4.0.3. -

Google Maps has no highway/roads for CyprusI've just got back from a trip to Cyprus, and was going to use Google Maps to navigate around by using it on my iPhone, but I was disappointed to find that there was no highway/roads on the maps of Cyprus. It would be good if Google could add this kind of information onto their maps for Cyprus. -

You should be able to add a place to 'Drink' to Dopplr.I've been trying out Dopplr and adding some places in my home town, mostly restaurants and hotels, but there are also a lot of bars and pubs around my neck of the woods, but as far as I can tell, you can only add places to eat, stay or explore of Dopplr, why isn't there a place to 'drink' option? -

This issue is still occurring even after the dashboard update on the 11th August (change log at http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/systemupdates/default.htm).
There is another update coming later in the year that will add Twitter, Facebook and Last.fm to the 360, hopefully this issue will be fixed alongside that update. -

'Xbox' company on GS should probably be merged with 'Microsoft'.There is a company on GS named 'Xbox' (getsatisfaction.com/xbox) which has a topics and products that relate to the Microsoft's XBOX games console. As 'Xbox' is a product and not a company, shouldn't the 'Xbox' company page on GS be merged with the Microsoft (getsatisfaction.com/microsoft) page to ensure that those who have posted on the 'Xbox' page are more likely to get a response to their problems? -

Green recycling bin collections need to be the same frequency as black bin collections.As people recycle more and more of their total household waste, having recycling bin collections once every month is simply not enough.
Both black and green bins should be collected once per week (e.g Black on Tuesday, Green on Thursday). -

Leeds City Council should track the weight of waste you put in your bins, and put the data online.A system whereby a resident and the council can track the amount of waste they recycle using a system on RFID sensors on bins and weighing systems combined with a computer on bin wagons.
1. A RFID chip is fitted to each normal, recyclable, garden waste and food waste bin in Leeds.
2. The chip is simply holds at UBN (Unique Bin Number), which is also embossed on the side of the bin. (e.g LCC-BLACK-1234567890 or LCC-GREEN-1234567890 or LCC-FOOD-1234567890)
3. The resident fills up their bins as normal.
4. On collection day, the bins are put onto the wagon, but before they are emptied, a weighing system on the van takes the weight of the waste in the bin (taking into account the weight of the bin itself.) It then scans the RFID chip in the bin, and inputs both the weight of the waste and the bins UBN into a database on a system on-board the van.
5. At the end of the collection, when the van goes back into the depot, the contents of the database are uploaded to the web based system.
6. A resident then goes onto leeds.gov.uk/recycle, logs into their own account (registration is auto-filled using a ID number from council tax bill). Here they can see how much of each type of waste they have produced (in kg) on each collection. It can also be plotted on a graph to see how much they produce over a given time range.
7. A resident gets 'achievements' for hitting various targets, which are shown on their accounts. For example,
- Well done! You recycled 50% of your total waste this month!
- Awesome! You increased your recycling rate by 10% since last month!
- Fantastic! You reduced the total amount of waste you produce by 15% this month!
8. The system should also allow for a resident to embed a small 'widget' on their Facebook page or website that shows what % of waste the recycled at their last collection. Someone can then click on that widget and see their full 'waste profile' on leeds.gov.uk/recycle (if the user has chosen to make their profile public, not everyone will want to let people know how much waste they produce!)
9. The system would also output each users data in a XML feed so that it can be mashed up with for other uses, and included in other applications. For example you might have a program that monitors both your electricity, water, gas, broadband usage and waste (using data from leeds.gov.uk/recycle) in one application.
This system has the benefits of,
- Residents can keep track of how much waste they produce and recycle. Actually seeing the hard figures is likely to make them think twice about their waste.
- The council has accurate data about how much waste is collected/recycled.
- The council can add extra incentives for people to recycle more, e.g recycle 75% of your waste and get £x off your council tax bill.
- This would also be great for businesses, as they could embed the widget on their website to show their customers that they are 'green' by recycling a high % of their waste. -

Barclays needs to drastically improve it mobile banking website (barclays.mobi).There are quite a few problems with the barclays.mobi website.
- The Mobile Banking link just takes you off to the regular full mobile banking page on Barclays.co.uk. A mobile optimized version of the online banking site is needed.
- A better way of logging into online banking when on the move needs to be available. Obviously, when you're out and about, you don't have your PINsentry reader with you, so you use 'Instant Access' instead. This is incredibly cumbersome and takes ages to enter all the required data. There should be a way of entering your data once, then just entering a single 'mobile' password when you want to get access.
- When you add the website to your home screen on a iPhone, it doesn't have a icon (just a preview of the entire webpage).
Note: All Barclays need to do is create a 57px x 57px PNG with the Barclays logo on it, call it "apple-touch-icon.png" and put in the root document folder of barclays.mobi.
