Alaska Airlines Rocks!
I was on a recent flight from Alaska. After United Airlines cheated me out of my seat, I was able to get home on Alaska Airlines. They were great and got me where I need to be on the same day. I will definitly fly Alaska Airlines again and this time we will be buying 3 tickets. Alaska Airlines is awesome and I would reccommend them to anyone.

United Airlines is sneaky.
I was on a flight back from Alaska. My flight came in early on which I RAN to the gate only to be told I had missed my flight...I was there EARLY. I was finally put on an Alaska Airlines flight (who were great) to get home. This was after United tried to make me wait until the next day which I refused! I was told by Alaska Airlines that they probably overbooked and sold my flight so when I showed up it was gone. Even though I was early for my flight they would make NO compensations to me. This is equal to being bumped to the next flight which they will give you a round trip ticket for, which they did not! I have contacted the company twice and no one will own the problem and compensate me. I would never fly United again and my next trip to Alaska with 3 family member will be on another airline no matter the cost.
