Hi,
Unfortunately, YackPack hasn't been functional for a few days. You may wish to see this thread with the ongoing discussion:

We are looking into the situation but are still trying to contact the YackPack team. We will reply in the other thread as soon as we can get an answer.
Thanks for your patience!

Why can't I see the YackChat button?Using SeaMonkey I cannot see the YackChat button on the sidebar, even though it said it created it. Do I HAVE to use IE?
I use the SeaMonkey (netscape/mozilla suite successor) and cannot see the YackChat button. not in pbwiki 1.0 or 2.0, although in 1.0 it showed the first day I put it in. Now it does not. It's supposed to be in the sidebar. Could put it on the front page if it's not supposed to be put there. I'll check Internet Explorer to see if it shows.

I am thinking of a way to make interactions with customers easy. If they have to create a new account for every wiki that they want to get to, that's pretty daunting if they use the site for anything else. Why wouldn't they have one user name and password period, with permissions set by the system to let them into whatever wiki they are joining/using/invited to.
