hm, I wasn't using an external drive, nor was I running lots of other apps so it's unclear where a memory problem would occur. But i'll have a play with the new version and see if the problem happens again.-

Can I play, instead of export, video?I really don't want to have to keep exporting all my videos. I don't send them all to clients, some I just want to play back and take notes from. Please can we have a video player? It'll really save me some disk space, not to mention time waiting for the export to finish! -

Can I export the text?I'd like to be able to export the text notes that go with a video, but at the moment I can't, so I'm not really using the note-taking part of the programme at all. Far easier for me to take notes elsewhere.
Equally, if I were able to export text, I'd want to be able to export all the text for all selected sessions into one file, with headings. Otherwise it's just a lot of copy and paste. -

I've found people on Twitter very easily. And although they are obviously people who follow me, they are not people I know (so I'm going outside my circle of mates). They fit our profile, so I'm happy with letting them self-select. -

I've had this problem too - I paused the recording, resumed it a few minutes later, and when I exported the file, at the point I paused, a lag is introduced, with the video ahead of the sound. -

I'm on a Mac and have had the same problem and it has been solved by these instructions, given to me by Twhirl's Marco:
thanks for mailing, this looks like a problem with AIR not being able to access the so-called Encrypted Store, which is a container provided by AIR to store data securely.
The store is located at
/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AIR/ELS/de.makesoft.twhirl.0EA062BC275E7ED1E6EC3762EFFD73C7158ADF33.1
Things to check:
- does the folder exist, and does it contain files called PrivateEncryptedData* ?
- is the store protected by Keychain? You have to open the Keychain manager and see if it is listed in the left column.
- if the files exist, does deleting them help? (close twhirl first, start, add accounts/passwords, and restart!)</username>
