Hi Radoslava, Jim
To take control you need someone to share their screen with you. Then you can hit the "request control" button top left of your viewing window. This will send the request to the sharer and they will accept your request to share control.
Any problems put me in your contacts list and i will demo for you: neil.kay-jones@yuuguu.com
Radoslava: please add me so i can show you how it works: neil.kay-jones@yuuguu.com
we have just under 100,000 customers.

Thank you for rapid reply. My web-site is http://www.onekit.com (OneKIT.com Software Magazine). For support chat now I using Google Talk. However, this way is complicated and have many difficulties. I need to click many various links until I see chat window. But in Yuuguu it give access to chat with customer immediately. And that's really cool.

Hi ant,
We have really give this one some thought as a feature and may make its way into our new paid for features but as it stands we do not offer this. A widget for companies to have on their website would be cool.
To be honest there are actual chat support services that you can deploy on your site and i believe some are free. These however do not have screen share and control features etc.
Would be interesting to see your site and what you do so we can see how our widget ideas may help you but i am guessing that not only do you need to chat but also may need to see your clients screens and take control. or you are in some sort of visual communications industry such as web design and would need to show your screen to show concepts and wire frames to clients.
I will go check out your profile and see what it is you do.
I would also like to hear from others who would be interested in this sort of feature?

Neil Kay-Jones replied on September 16, 2008 20:23 to the question "Why can I only share my screen with one user?" in Yuuguu:
Hi, This is actually a good question!
We should look at not just adding people to a webshare by having to to start the webshare first. The question is, what if i am sharing with someone in my contacts window who has Yuuguu and i then want to add an external person who does not have Yuuguu?
This does seem a fault in the user experience by making the user quit the existing screen share and start a new one just to add a non Yuuguu user.
I will be looking into this very shortly to see what we can do to ease this process.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Hi Goalscorer,
Sorry but i have been out on a shoot for last two days in Hertfordshire and unfortunately the hotels wi-fi was not working.
We are sorry to hear of your frustration but Get Satisfaction if a very respected service for companies to give people powered customer satisfaction. We do however have plans to bring this more in-house and maybe a forum and will look into the single login between the application and the help service we decide to provide.
Many companies do use Get satisfaction and many companies have a forum. All of which require different login details.
We will look into the single login idea and i hope you enjoy using Yuuguu.

PhillC replied on September 11, 2008 12:52 to the question "Using powwownow with yuuguu, how do you configure a proxy server?" in Yuuguu:
It could be. Yuuguu picks up its proxy settings from those set in IE.
To set the settings in IE, click Tools -> Internet Options. Connections Tab. Lan Settings. You can then manually set the proxy.
As Firefox is your main browser, the settings in IE should match those in Firefox (which can be found via Tools - Options, Advanced, Network Tab. Connection - Settings).
Our aim is to make Yuuguu as straightforward to use as possible and appreciate your time in helping us get to the bottom of this.
Regards, Phill.

Hi Ferg.
Can you just check that you can connect to the main website first, www.yuuguu.com in IE.
Also can you tell me what Operating System you are running?
