Yes, and now the video block is there. I figured it out a little bit after posting the question, which is what usually happens to me. So if anyone else has this question, you have to go to Zone/Media/Video Clips and upload a video. After doing this a video block will be availiable in the template editor

Template Editor- No video block option
When in template editor I do not see video block as an option, I only have Text, Web Picture and Rectangle. What am I doing wrong?
