HP Pavilion DV 6000 motherboard needs to be replaced - HP support totally sucks - said to go to Best Buy - called Best Buy - they can't do anything unless the notebook was purchased from them - it was purchased directly from HP - how can I get the motherboard replaced. I purchased this notebook for my parents in MI and I am in CA so I would really like it to be easier for them than it has been thus far.
