I didn't setup groups page for member level but anyway my member except moderators receiving the message below:
Access Denied
Sorry, your don't have the appropriate credentials to access this tab. To access this page please change your Member Level credentials in the profile account settings or contact the network administrator.
This message exists for a few days, even I didn't setup groups profiles to only members with level. I have tried to fix it in two ways but it didn't work! 1st I have given in the panel to all members level and made groups for members with level. It didn't work! 2nd After all of it I I have tried to switch off groups access with only level but anyway it didn't work!
Please help me urgent! My website is uzyoshlar{com}-

I have sent a letter to the support@socialgo.com which I am attaching
it below and didn't get any response for it! And now my account was
switched off right now without any warnings and there is a text:

Which shows clearly that I was using socialgo to create my site and I
was protecting it with white label! Now it's clearly says!!!
Please help me to switch on my account that I can pay it at any time,
just I was waiting from you response!

First of all I would like to renew my subcsription my paypal cancelled it,
how can I make payment?
Next I couldn't use following widgets as a LabSlide, Labtabs and LabArcade.
I don't want to refund all but I would like to change them to LabTunes,
WordPress plugin, Twitter Connect and DateBait.
I have some problems also with theme which I am using now. Music player
settings is not working correctly I mean I and my users couldn't control the
music player behavior. It starts automatically play even it is switched off.
I have problem also with blogs when I am using photos their size are going
to be really big I coudn't set up the size by control panel. And please
would you be kind to fix also photo sizes of new members in the main page?
They are too small.
And at last I was thinking about upgrading to Concierge and the GO setup and
Design Widget. I would like to know what is the difference between
concierge and the GO Setup and Design Widget? And the next question to the
sale department is it possible to pay partly by each month for the GO setup
and Design Widget? If I choose the GO setup and Design Widget should I pay
also my monthly subscription payment? Won't you do cheaper the monthly
subscription payment for some period as I am a student!?
One more thing that I would like to suggest, I and my users using different
cool layouts from satisfaction.com for a profile design. They are perfect
but only one thing that we couldn't use with our profile designer together.
If it works together with satisfation.com layouts that would be great! I can
demonstrate it if you want! The theme what I have bought from theme store
SocialGO fits great! If I use the porfile designer of SocialGO, the
background photo is not applying for all profile page it stays under or in a
back of it. Is it possible to apply for all layout of the profile as we do
with layouts of satisfaction.com? And about SocialGo Profile Designer widget
that not fits in a window some features go to bottom of the screen and we
couldn't use. Is it possible to fix?

I don't know exactly wasn't that working up to your issues but when I was using hmtl box with google scripts, video chat and music player weren't working! When I removed scripts everything alright without problems. So now I have no any problems with video chat!!!

I did it correctly. Everything was working but yesterday it's dissapeared. I was trying almost everything to fix it but no success. Now even it's not uploading music. At first I have thought you were making an update but now it's clear that something is wrong. Please help me to fix bugs!
