i dont need any other answers , I am not satisfied . You cant support me , You close my website every few days , i have many bugs to my website .
i am tired to writing to getsatisfaction and to send you every few days emails about your bugs .
i have no reason to keep a website and pay 150$ and having all of this problems . I have paid for 3 more months and i think when these 3 monnths gone i will cancel my website . Because i am not satisfied from your services.

i send several emails to concierge and i didnt receive no answer. When i created my website you told me concierge pack has best support and in 24 hours i will have the support , Thats not truth i send several emails , over 10 the last weeks , ( i think is much more from 10) that you didnt answer at all . So you dont have the right to tell me that i cant downgrade , because i dont have the support you told me .
If someone believes that i am a lier , i can upload all the emails that i send to you .
Only for the magazine page bug , i have send 5 emails . did anyone solve this bug ? NO. the first email i send for this bug was ,,,,, over 1 month ,, which support do you mean that i have in 24 hours ?

There seems to be a lot of confusion on SocialGo's end of things.
I have sent many emails, most to the Concierge support.
I am a Concierge member, so I was was told not to email support@socialgo.com for my support issues.
I was told that the #149.99/month that I pay for concierge would entitle me to some premium support.
Instead, it appears that my emails are not tracked in your support system.
I will resubmit my sent emails to your support@socialgo.com address, but I am very displeased with this. Expect these shortly.
I have been trying to get a straight answer on where to find the root of my issue and have been shuffled around between SocialGo and Go-Themes.
*Stivi , careful what are you saying because i am tired and i am sad to send emails without response and watch my website every few days closed . if you want to send you personally my 15 pics with my website bugs and my last 30 emails this month , to concierge go-themes and alex and i had no reply from them ok?
and i have work with 20 other web site creators, no one closed my website every few days and without to inform me , and paying 150 $ per month. that shows no respect to us .

i have the same problem , all so.go. websites have the same problem , So.Go. believes that has no reason to inform us , always inform us very late , maybe will tell us what's going on next year, my website is ridiculous every few days is down . SOCIAL GO ARE YOU ABLE TO SUPPORT OUR WEBSITES ? are you a serious company ? you are the only company that i know that doesnt inform their customers for each service, or for any reason that websites are down , i have created over 20 websites with different web site builders , you are the only company that works without respect their customers.
to remember you i have 4 bugs to my website 1 1/2 months now .-

No it doesnt work propertly , i have the same bugs, i log in to my control panel with mac and xp os , also i log in to my control panel with 5 different browsers .

I said the same thing to my members will ,that i am sorry , but they left , i think they tired to accept my apologies , and the same thing i said to google that i am sorry , but they didnt gave me my money back because i lost another 70$ almost cause you didnt inform me that my website will be closed .

will , all websites is still closed over an hour except www.S.......com why ? because this is the only website with 100 members online, and mine that has 10-20-30 online or others that has 5 or 10 is down because we have few members online ?

i check 15 social go websites and is all down except 1-2 websites that loads very slow and without W.L. widgets , how 1 specially website with zocku that has a lot of activity (and you know which website is BECAUSE IS THE ONLY WEBSITE WITH ACTIVITY) works perfect , and with all W.L. Widgets at the same time ? are we stupids we dont pay you ? this is tragic and a reason to quit my website , when is over 1 month that you dont fix the bugs that i have to my website. YOU ARE MOCKING US
