Hi Heather,
Free accounts update their twitter feeds every 3 hours. It looks like all of your tweets other than the most recent have come through, so it just a matter of waiting for the update period.
Our paid versions update every 10 minutes if you would like to decrease the lag. There are upgrade links in the settings page for your app.

As close as I can tell, the file uploaded was an image file and not a PDF. Can you send the file to support@involver.com or steve@involver.com and we can confirm if that is the problem, or perhaps find what else might be wrong?

Go to http://www.facebook.com/twitter/ and it should say "Linked to Twitter" next to the page. Click the little 'unlink from Twitter' link to change this.

Hi James,
I looked into your issues and have some answers. First off, the problem with the coloring is that you entered "FF000" for the color, which is too short - web colors are 6 characters. I changed it to "FF0000" assuming you missed a zero, and it works now. Also note that I have added a check to our next version that would give an error message in that case to make this clearer - sorry I did not have it for you earlier.
Regarding the apps you are installing, the issue is that because of some FB restrictions, we can only tell what apps you have installed on the page, not which ones are visible as tabs. Thus the limit of four apps is on installed apps, not just visible ones. If you go to the Wall tab, there is a link on the left side that says "Edit Page". If you click that, you will see all of the apps installed. Just click on the pencil icon to the right of an app name and choose "Remove Application" to remove the ones you don't want to use. That will unblock you to add new apps, or to configure apps that were giving you error messages.
I hope that fixes everything for you. Please let me know if there are any other issues.

Just closing the loop on this thread for the general public. The issue turned out to be a corrupt image file. If you have problems with an image file with any of our apps, please try opening the file in local image editors on your machine (Preview on Mac, Paint on Windows, etc) and confirm the file is valid.

Hi Jeff,
We will look at what happened to your existing one ASAP. In terms of using Flickr, it should be pretty easy. Just go into your page settings (go to the wall, click Edit Settings) then remove the photo gallery app. You can do that by clicking the pencil to the right of the app and choosing to remove the app. After that, just visit http://www.facebook.com/add.php?api_k... and you can install the Flickr app. I would do it for you, but Facebook security won't let me modify your page.
Again, I will see what happened to your existing gallery, but that should get you going with Flickr quickly.

We seem to be getting inconsistent issues with calls to Twitter. We are trying adding some better handling, but are unclear why the issues just came up in the first place.
