I have just noticed my rear model B wheels I ordered on 17 December has developed some play of about 2mm. Not due to the normal lateral flexibility of the wheel. This is in addition to the freehub being munched up by the shimano cassette. How do I organise a return / repair / refund? Cheers,

Planet X Model B Freehub problem

Hi, I have removed the shimano cassette on my recently purchased Model B wheels. I noticed the cassete made some indentations on the freehub. I never experienced that with any wheels in the past. I suspect it may be caused by a manufacturing defect. Could you please advise? Thanks, Nic
