Sorry for the delay in posting this response. We are working with Shipwire to bring this module up to our normal standards. The error looks like a problem with the module. It's interesting that you are only experiencing the error on the first post and not the second.

This issue is definitely noted and will be looked at in the next release.

Hi Ryan!

If you enable some Royal Mail shipping methods in the configuration area then this will go away.

Let me know if that doesn't work.

Could we change the ordering of the estimates on the dashboard? The problem I'm having is that old rejected estimates are clogging the space with the relevant, recent ones, being hidden beneath the fold.

Can we get the default names for invoices and estimates downloaded to actually include the word "estimate" or "invoice" just to make it easier to distinguish between them in my downloads folder?

Currently the invoices and estimates follow the format:

${name-of-company}_${id}.pdf

If we could get:

${name-of-company}_estimate_${id}.pdf

and

${name-of-company}_invoice_${id}.pdf

..the problem would be solved!

This module has been released to the Magento community, however we have not been able to develop it any further for a number of months due to time and workload commitments.
