The threaded discussions in Blackboard might be a good model. Is PBWIKI familiar with what I am talking about, or shall I scrounge up an example.

Thanks for your comment. What would be the economic benefits of not enabling these functions? Given all the service I have had from pbwiki, I dont begrudge them anything, but I can't see the benefit?

And I am a formatting sort of guy. Let me know asap. So far, I lost the formatting on one of the pages I copied over and kept it on two. Any thoughts on why it sometimes works and sometimes doesnt?

Can you let us in on why the technology of why RENAME {wikiname] and COPY {wikiname] are not easy to enable?

This seems a long road to travel just to rename a wiki! A little like being told that in order to get a taxi to the airport you have to walk to the airport.
Doesnt fit with "You can easily copy content from one wiki to another."

Well, you asked me to say how I felt!

One of you folks said further that if I wanted to copy material from a 1.0 to a 2.0 wiki I HAD FIRST TO TURN THE 1.0 WIKI INTO A 2.O WIKI. But the only way I know how to do that is start a 2.0 wiki and copy the 1.0 material in. Catch 22.

I would like to use one of my wiki's as a template for a new one. Is there a way to do that. I imagine I would start by "duplicating" the old wiki and then renaming the copy and preceding (or is that proceeding) from there.
