It would be in the best interest for you guys to give a hefty discount for Windows 7 to those of us who bought Vista Ultimate, seeing as tough i am your highest paying customer and have spend money on a product that you yourself have apologized for not supporting fully. At least I feel like your most loyal customers deserve a free upgrade from Vista Ultimate to Windows 7 Professional. I, like many other Ultimate users, feel cheated by what you promised for Vista Ultimate users. As a computer science undergraduate student, i strongly appreciate your impact on the industry, but i also am upset that one of the companies that I trust the most is holding back on those who are loyal buyers of their software.

If you look around the internet, i promise you will find that you are loosing thousands of customers a day if you don't calm the masses of angry Ultimate users that are looking for a little justice and decency. If not, you will find that even though I am a Windows 7 RC user and future retail W7 user, i will not be making that purchase until i see some results.
