Skitch.com account problem

The last couple of times I've taken a snap and tried to share it with "webpost" I get linked to my account page, but my entire skitch history is gone and the most recent skitch isn't displayed (the web page is completely blank, other than the skitch.com header and footer).

You're absolutely right! We've added a login page link to the site header so you can find the Engine Yard Cloud login from anywhere on our website.

Any progress on this? It seems a shame to let users rate products but not expose NPS results to company admins. In my opinion, having access to NPS would be a big plus.
