I still have not received the certificate of authenticity for the 'Hope' print I ordered 9 months ago. What gives?

I guess I should mention that it is the "Hope" print, currently taken out of the vault.

I received my print, but not the certificate of authenticity. It's been several weeks now, and no signs of a certificate, although I had received a note with my print saying I would get one.
