plays from non logged in users would be anonymous but still counted. it simply works the same as with the downloads.

easy on the caps mate. the way we count your upload quota is by having a look at your available uploads per month minus the amount of tracks you've been uploading the latest 30 days. so if you already uploaded 1 track and then tried uploading 5 again within 30 days that wouldn't work.
