part of this person and their PR circle or *clicks* pattern is a general practice of professional libel (also note that Amanda Chapel is a Brian Connolly and has been thrown off of facebook for harassing men there on many occasions)
http://getsatisfaction.com/twitter/to... Please do a google search for more information on the pattern or come to my blog for more details. http://simonstudiotheatre.blogspot.com/search/label/aMANdaChapel Let us stop the abuse. Panopticons was designed to protect myself and my friends from these people's lies and gossip. People's reputations are at stake in a public forum and nothing is illegal about accessing html that is not protected. Admittedly I myself was amused by these ignoramuses and played along, but they have never stopped the cyber bullying. It is time to stop blaming the victims. Today Brian Connolly accused me of rape. This has gone to far. My initial frustration was political and I was trying to protect the US troops from people like the people who are complaining here. The end game is ugly and these people provoke physical confrontations. here is an example of some searches on Google relating to abuse of Amanda Chapel and the real identity of the criminal
http://www.google.com/search?source=i... this history has little to do with me and creates a pattern of destroying influential men's reputations

reason4 Panopticons? if there is no way to protect ourselves from public libel then people R forced 2 surveillance http://simonstudiotheatre.blogspot.co...
A comment on the question "Member Abuse on Twitter" in Twitter:
Amanda looks for people to say things in jest and she takes them out of context into a wider forum. One example is with Igor. We could just as easily take the content of Amanda Chapel's blog and assume she pimps to the PR industry. The question is does she ask directly or does she go to a wider forum and libel people before people can defend their story? There is a pattern that goes for years. In the case of her recent accusation (in which she libels and says I raped a girl).... she didn't even take the words out of context. She completely fabricates a different story. The entire reason for @Panopticons to begin with was to surveillance Amanda Chapel and her circle. If you don't do anything about her libel, then people are forced to protect their own reputations. This is a fact and all you need to do is a google search Amanda Chapel and the history of her to see exactly what I am talking about. – Noah David Simon, on August 12, 2008 19:44-

Noah David Simon @TheAnalysis replied on August 03, 2008 09:05 to the discussion "Account Deleted/banned with no reasoning" in Twitter:
it gets worse. twitter always deletes first and asks questions later. they might say it is a mistake, but the truth is what they are doing is unethical. If anyone out there in the world decides they don't like you, twitter will delete your account. I never broke any terms and they deleted many of my accounts. Twitter is about to die... shame on them for ruining so many people lives who stake their reputations online. The basic problem is that twitter changes their terms arbitrarily leaving people in the lurch. the follow/follower ratio is only one detail in a series of grievances for me or my friends. What twitter has done It is a systematic problem of the administration behind the service. They punish arbitrarily and then try and fit their accusation or excuse to fit their punishment. for more information on my situation please see http://simonstudiotheatre.blogspot.co... I always keep a twitter account to communicate with those that use the service, but I make sure I make a new one ever few days because twitter deletes them regularly. If you are not Alist, twitter does not care about you. more and more people will feel more comfortable elsewhere. I am on friendfeed as http://friendfeed.com/NoahDavidSimon and can not be reached on twitter
Noah David Simon @TheAnalysis replied on July 18, 2008 01:44 to the question "Is @panopticons abusing the Terms of Service" in Twitter:
BlabberMouth says I'm not allowed to be rude? How does one define rude? I'm not sure I have ever heard of a legal standard of rude. Fact is that I was promised free expression by the administration of twitter. There was no terms and conditions clarified that made RSS feeds illegal on twitter. When twitter changed their own rules and then attempted to arbitrarily disable me I still abided by the new rule even if it had not existed before. It would seem this really gets into the essence of free expression. I have been denied that right that all Americans get. I was promised better by the administration here at twitter... I would not be complaining if it were not for the fact that @Jack had promised something different.
I would not of come to twitter in the first place if I knew that there was a chaperone arbitrarily deciding regulations based on the hysteria of a few people who wanted to endanger the troops and got paranoid about their own actions. Twitter profiles are public html. Retweeting information is a form of standard community behavior here that most users enjoy. Why should I be denied what every other person on twitter has? If twitter feels that steaming information into twitter is bad then they should of clarified their position before censoring and destroying my free expression. What you are telling me is because you do not like my opinions that my rights should be denied. This is the essence of why I feel I have been discriminated against.
Noah David Simon @TheAnalysis replied on July 17, 2008 11:09 to the question "Is @panopticons abusing the Terms of Service" in Twitter:
This is the ugly side of the AntiZion Stalinist State of Twitter. Let us call a SPADE a SPADE. Censorship! The Hippie Commune is nothing but a walled community of bigots hiding behind ideals. I spoke out and they tried to shoot the messenger. The idealism here is nothing but a Chris Brogan pipe dream to sell products to blue state snobs. When a true speaker speaks... you CENSOR.
The question is if I broke the terms and conditions? The ANSWER is NO! When I built @Panopticons there was no limitation detailed against what I was doing.

Now months later twitter has arbitrarily destroyed my accounts. I'm not satisfied and neither should anyone else. twitter is dying and people are leaving in droves. The fail whale has very little to do with this. People are disillusioned with this company's agenda. At one time twitter reflected the desires of people who wanted a better form of social network. Instead what we are confronted with is the ugliest tyranny of an infrastructure ever put together. All the tech fixes in the world will not fix people's lost dreams.

Motive with a capital "M"... she is probably telling the truth. I was angered enough by her behavior to spiral out of control. I think it is time we start blaming the victim... just a bit. come on people. bring out the inner "Nelson" is all of us and go "HA HA"
