It is definitely on the list of things to fix, but please know that I'm running Twitpic by myself currently while working a full-time job.

We had an issue with our login system this morning that may have caused this, it has been fixed. Just go to http://twitpic.com and login and you will be able to delete the photos.

We had a glitch and some passwords were accidentally reset, we've restored most of them from a backup, but some users are still affected by this. Just go to http://twitpic.com and login and it will auto-update your Twitter credentials.

We have an undocumented way to grab the 2 thumbnail sizes of an image. Ex: http://twitpic.com/show/mini/<img-id> just replace <img-id> with the twitpic photo id, also you can replace "mini" with "thumb" to get the larger thumbnail.</img-id></img-id>

Once it hits our servers we post it immediately to Twitter. If your photo is making it to Twitpic, but not Twitter try going to http://twitpic.com and relogging in. This will update your login information for Twitter in case you've recently changed your password.
