In order to download the update, you need to be a registered and approved user. Register at http://www.railsrx.com/users/new -- please include your purchase information. Shortly after that, you'll get an email saying you are approved, and then if you log in to the site you'll be able to see a download link on the products page.

Noel Rappin replied on July 07, 2009 04:04 to the problem "Where's the download page?" in Rails Prescriptions:
If you are a registered user, then you need to log in and go to http://www.railsrx.com/products and you will see the download link. If you are not seeing the link then you are either not logged, or have not had your registration approved.
If you just want the slight updates to the free version, just redownload it from the main railsrx.com page.
As of this moment everybody who registered before about 5:00 PM CDT on July 6th, and sent along supporting information has been approved and should have received an email to that affect.
