My team are currently not using the tool due to the problems with viewing a Gannt chart of the project and its tasks, they find that they are putting all the information in with regard to milestones, tasks and due dates, but the output is not something that we can send to a client to keep them up to date on their project. We would urgently request an improvement in this area too.

Yes, but I've used categories to cover the types of project they are e.g. new order, development work versus config work etc. I would need to add client to this as well.

I've moved to a paid plan and can see reporting on each project. I can export the full project progress report which contains the data in CSV, but what would also be necessary is to export the graphical overview of the project - as you see in View Milestone Reports under a Project to PDF/image/MS Project file. This is similar to how MS project would represent the project (see attached document)

Thanks.This is quite important for us as we could ensure that this is the tool of choice for us in managing project workloads going forward in the team.

As a CSV of data, but also graphically. Again due to the need to report to clients on their projects who like to see the project visually. Ideally, as you said in a previous post, you would link the tasks to their task lists, to their milestones, to the project and export this as an image, CSV or PDF.

Great. I think it would be a valuable potential feature as it would rival other PM tools, and their time tracking abilities then.

Yes, we need to report on project status and detail to our clients, and be able to send them project documentation. Some of these clients wish to import this data to MS project in order for them to hold their own versions of the project. So if we export it from deskaway it would be good if it was in a format that could be imported to MS Project, or be an MS project file itself. If not, for some clients we need to manage two versions of the project - one in Deskaway and one in MS Project.

Could we filter the project listings page to enable a user to Jump to 'My projects' i.e. projects where I am the lead only. This filter would also have an option to 'View all projects', and 'View projects I have been assigned to'.
