Got my credit card statement they never refunded my the $1.95 to link it on my account.
Maybe they think I should still link it after they limited it to get it back.
Still find it odd, they waited till after they charged it and went through to find my account was suspicious when the ONLY activity on the NEW account was them charging the $1.95 to link my credit card.-

A way to contact the fraud deparment.Even employees are not able to contact them. How are you supposed to clear up something that could be being reported wrong if no one can contact them and the fraud department doesn't give a reason.-

After 5 calls and talking to a senior rep the only answer I ever got to why it was limited and gonna be closed is the gods at the fraud department say it so it must be when asked why all I keep getting is I don't. What help.
So since Ebay is now a Paypal monopoly guess I might as well close my account there too that I've had for 9 years.
And there is no way to contact the gods at the all mighty fraud department they don't accent correspondence from us lowly people or their own.
Their toll free number in the US is 1-888-221-1161 why waste your money on their screw ups.

When I call all I can get for answer as to why my account is terminated is their secret ways of finding who is fraudulent has found I am and in their words:
"We have reviewed your PayPal account, and due to the excessive risk
involved, we would like to begin parting ways in a manner that is least
disruptive to your business. Please log in to your PayPal account and contact PayPal by clicking the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. Please provide us with the information needed to facilitate the disbursement of any funds remaining in your PayPal account."
Disbursement of any funds? It has never been used. They had no trouble carding my credit card the $1.95. Nothing charged or happened since then so the account must have been suspicious then so why make the charge?
It makes to see truth in the site paypalsucks. The way it is now they have lost my business twice since I can't get my account to work. On Paypal and since Paypal is the monopoly on Ebay there too.

Account never used but has been froze.My account has been limited. If I go to Learn how to remove this limitation I end up at a place to either Item dispute or Unauthorized transaction. The thing is the account hasn't been used. Even my account activity doesn't shows 0 transactions. I called was told to email emailed and got a stock response to go to Learn how to remove this limitation which I said doesn't apply to my trouble. So called again this time I was told after holding that it was getting escalated and to expect a call or email reply in the afternoon. That was mid morning 10:30AM and here it is after 7PM still no contact.
EDIT
The account was verified but never used before this happened.
