Hmmm, to remove @todo section from the Daily Digest delete @todo tag from the Tags to keep top-of-mind field. However, if you have items that only have @todo tag, they will dissapear from your Daily. In my case, all my @todo items are either @home or @office that's why I was able to get rid of the @todo section. You need to find your way to organize your @todo's.

Hmm, if I understood your post correctly, you cannot see the checkboxes next to the @todo items that are categorized by your custom tags in the Daily Digest?
Well, it's strange because these checkboxes show up in my Daily:

In order to have that, you just need to customize the Daily Digest, and in the Tags to keep top-of-mind field just enter your custom todo tags. I put: @home, @office, @expenses, @shopping and removed the @todo tag.

Can you post here the confirmation email text?! I've just looked up the confirmation email I've received when I signed up and there's all kinds of useful information including Sandy's email address. – norbiq, on June 26, 2008 19:39
norbiq replied on June 26, 2008 18:19 to the question "What is Sandy's e mail address?" in I want Sandy:
Well, the email address you're supposed to use you will find in your Sandy's settings at: http://iwantsandy.com/settings It's the address that appears in the "Sandy's email address" section (right at the top). This address you can change (partially) to your liking.
As for guidance on how to send reminders, please read here: http://iwantsandy.com/help?context=%2... Hope this helps you get a general grip on things.

norbiq replied on June 25, 2008 15:33 to the problem "Can't Update My Todo List by Replying to Daily Digest" in I want Sandy:
Unfortunately, update command does not work with "+ power move". This is the cause of the problem. To use update on multiple items you need to use it for each item separately:
update #2 @done
update #3 @done
update #7 @done
update #8 @done
Notice there's a blank line between each command to ensure Sandy will process update commands for each item correctly.
I did suggest introducing possibility of using "+ power move" with update command before. So far it has not been implemented yet.-

A comment on the question "Why can't I add to a list with Sandy???" in I want Sandy:
Yeah, the lookup part may be a bit of a hassle, on the other hand it lets you be sure you're modifying the right item ;) – norbiq, on June 22, 2008 15:29
norbiq replied on June 22, 2008 14:11 to the question "Why can't I add to a list with Sandy???" in I want Sandy:
As you noticed yourself sending a request with "r list" twice will create two items with the same name. So, in order to update an already created list, you need to use command 'update'. However, to use 'update' you need to ask Sandy to lookup the list first. So the communication should look like this:
lookup list
Once you get the reply with the found items, send another email with:
update #1 * item 3
That will update an item #1 on the returned email with an addition "item 3".
Hope that helps.

norbiq replied on June 21, 2008 13:51 to the question "How do I set the time zone to be reminded in?" in I want Sandy:
When you declare the time for your item you can add a time zone abbreviation, such as PST or EST and Sandy will calculate the item time appropriate for your time zone. You can say:
remind me Meeting tomorrow 1pm PST
If your standard time zone is EST, Sandy will add 3 hour difference to the meeting time so she will schedule the meeting to 4pm EST.
