twhirl is an Adobe Air App, it's like a buddy list for your Twitter account. it posts up you timeline like on the web, and you can reply, update, direct message and customize other things just from a small window on your desktop. here is the link where i got it from. http://www.twhirl.org/

I've just signed up for Twitter. Reactions after first day of use? The software behind this over-hyped app is pretty amateurish.

On IE7, i get the security notification with every request. Your solution? Just open up a security hole. Nice. Could I just use Firefox? Nope. Deletes don't work with Firefox, so who knows what else on the site won't work with the second most widely used browser in the market.

I'll try again after Twitter grows up.
