Good guess Norm,
We are using a tweaked branch of a popular editor.
http://www.fckeditor.net/
We are always working to improve it.
Thanks for the feedback and I'm so happy to hear that you like PBwiki.

Understand.- I developed SW for many years...I assume you are using a 3rd party editor and don't have any control over it's development. You PBWiki guys should have some clout with them - maybe put some pressure on these guys to add such features. Assuming they are a much smaller org than you, maybe you sweeten the pot by offering to pay a few dollars for a new feature here and there. It's cheeper than hiring new developers.
Thanks for your response. I can live with the way it is. There's too much good in PBWiki to be unhappy with it.

Hi Norm,
That's a good question. I can't recommend any shortcuts around your formatting request.
We do try to make it easy to edit pages here, but our editor isn't as advanced as the desktop tools like MS Word or other desktop publishing software.
Have you run into any online web editors that will allow you to do what you are asking? I'd be willing to take a look at them for ideas.

Help - too many clicks required to format text???Want to apply a font style with a single keystroke BLUE-UNDERLINE-BOLD or HIGHLIGHTED - is there a way to do this.
It seems too many mouse clicks are required for adding styles or formatting to text. Is there a way to add a sort of dynamic style shortcut key or any other programs that work with PBWiki that can format text I've selected in text or text in tables?
