I feel the same way I bought a TomTom a year ago used it once now it will not pick up a satellite no matter what I do Spoke to TomTom and they will do nothing about it since it is not under warranty I asked if they would fix it at my cost they refused This is pathetic since most other companies will fix their products I will never recommend TomTom to anybody
