Yes, please solve this problem, that would be so great. I finally decided, after reading about the two-way syncing, that I was going to use Songbird anyway. I wasn't using it before, because it can't scrobble tracks from my iPod. But I liked Songbird so much better than iTunes that I now decided to use Songbird for pretty much everything and use iTunes only for scrobbling my iPod plays... Until I, like Le Torbi, discovered Songbird only imports, doesn't really sync.
I'm going to wait patiently for this bug to be fixed and then, finally, start using Songbird. :)

I agree with everyone else here.

I love Songbird, except this. It's really important to me that I can scrobble songs off my iPod to Last.fm.
I really hope this topic will get the developers' attention, it sucks that it's a low priority now. :( (However, understandable.)

As soon as Songbird gets this feature, I'm switching from iTunes (which is getting a bit slow and hangy while the size of my library keeps growing..).
