    LOST BAGGAGE AND NO RETURNED CALL
    Two out of three bags didn't arrive; we waited in a long line and were told by customer service we'd have them that evening. 30 hours and 6 phone messages later and we still don't have them. We came to SLC from NYC to ski and our first day of vacation has been ruined.
