Please go to Options of Video Camera and check that following is true:
1) Video Format: Standard

2) If you have a media card:
Store Videos: On Media Card
Folder: SDCard/BlackBerry/videos/

If you don't have a media card:
Store Videos: In Deivce Memory
Folder: Device Memory/home/user/videos/

If you record to another folder, Qik won't be able to detect video. This is an issue that will be fixed in upcoming build.

If problem still exists please send us your carrier, Blackberry OS details and your qik username, we will help you

Do you have 8320? If you use wifi make sure it is connected to the internet. If you wanna use EDGE make sure you have right TCP settings (Option->Advanced->TCP) accordingly to your carrier.
Some settings could be found by link below or you may request them from your carrier.
