Hi alisonwelch. You can file a support ticket by sending an email to support AT twitter DOT com. In that email (not here), you'll need to provide your Twitter username.
When Twitter's support system receives your email, it will create a support ticket and assign a ticket number to your issue. The support system will also send you an auto-reply email that contains the ticket number and a link that you can click to view your support ticket online. – mdy, on September 05, 2008 21:32

Hello,
It looks like we've replied to your request several times; for some reason you have not received the replies. We have had some mail deliver problems in the past, however, sbc sometimes blocks Twitter mail as spam. As a cautionary measure, I'd advise you to check your spam/bulk mail filter, and also request that they white list mail coming from Twitter.
I have sent email with a new password from my work email account and personal account, if you don't receive it, please let me know. Hopefully this resolves it for you :)

A comment on the question "Unable to login or reset my password!" in Twitter:
I've gone ahead and logged a support ticket on your behalf, on the assumption that your Twitter user id is also "tmere". I've already received the email confirmation from the support system. The ticket number is 320609.
I also included a link to this GSFN topic in that support ticket.
If your Twitter username is not "tmere", please post your Twitter username here, and I'll update the support ticket accordingly. – mdy, on September 05, 2008 17:59

Hi tmere. I wasn't following this thread so I didn't see the request you had posted 10 days ago asking if I could log a support ticket on your behalf.

Well for me it's 12days and counting-- still!! I have also contacted AT&T/sbc since another Twitter tech suggested that 'sbc' is blocking emails... and just now with AT&T they have stated that Twitter is also doing the same to make note that with the need to secure servers from spam it seems that those of us with At&T accounts are getting kinda screwed-- grrr!
Okay... Twitter... we're all counting on you to do SOMETHING here--- PLEASE!

This is still an unresolved issue for me.... now on 10days!!
MDY-- I saw where you posted to a response to me re this, but am not able to respond to that post-thread for some odd reason, so I'm posting here.
I tried to post a bug report, like I've previously done, and again, nothing... it doesn't give a ticket # or anything.... so if you could post this issue for me I would appreciate it and let me know what needs to be done ASAP.
This is incredibly annoying!-
