I just installed 1.3.1 and Safari 4.0.3 on 10.6.1...nuthin'. It wiped out the bookmarks I had migrated w/ Bookdog and reverted back to some weird generic set of bookmarks including a Netscape folder. Still works fine on FF 3.5.3, which is my main browser, so hopefully xmarks folks will get sorted out for Safari at some point.
