oscar asked a question in Spotify on November 23, 2009 17:50:
Why is my password shown i clear text when logging in on 5800XM?When logging in my password is shown in clear text instead of being masked with ***** asterisks.
It ́s not preventing me from using it but it ́s highly insecure since I suspect that it ́s also being stored in clear text on the mobile. Some of us use the same password on multiple systems for convenience so it doesn ́t feel good at all.
To reproduce: Start the Spotify application then log in as you would do normally.
When you type in your password you can see it appear in clear text as you type.
I ́m using Symbian software version V 21.0.025 Language set 03 (us-en).
See picure below (NOTE: It ́s NOT my real password in the picture):

Again this is taking FAR to long. Give it to me on the S60 platform. I personally don't give a crap about Windozemobile and IPhun – oscar, on July 28, 2009 23:46
