How do you like our new community space that groups all SWAT products?SWAT has created this new space to bring the development team and users closer to each other. Here you'll find all applications we've developed as well as announcements about the team itself. We're really glad you stopped by. Give us a shout whenever you need. Cheers!

Sorry, I was logged in as feedalizr (the employee) when I posted the previous comment. Anyway, all topics have been moved over, now I just need to associate the feedalizr product to them. As I said before, it doesn't seem to be possible. Have a look at this snapshot: http://files.getdropbox.com/u/111597/... -- When we get it done, we can remove the old profiles all together (feedalizr company, product, and employee). BTW, removing the employee feedalizr will remove its replies and comments as well? – Otavio Ferreira, on July 06, 2009 17:18

How can I make an existing product belong to my recently created company profile?Hello. I've just set up a company profile for my team called SWAT ( http://getsatisfaction.com/swat/ ). We've developed three products, namely feedalizr, find2follow, and social graph. The latter two have been included in our profile already. However, feedalizr has not. This is because we own a dedicated company profile at http://getsatisfaction.com/feedalizr that holds a single product at http://getsatisfaction.com/feedalizr/... .
Question: How can I make feedalizr a product under the SWAT company profile? We don't want to lose any activity that has been created for this product so far. We want all the data! It's just a matter of changing the company that owns the product. I couldn't find this feature here.
If it was possible, we would eventually close the feedalizr company profile.
Thanks a lot!

Otavio Ferreira reported a problem in Get Satisfaction on May 26, 2008 18:11:
The landing page of a closed account is still rendering well.I created an account at http://getsatisfaction.com/people/truzio today. However, I closed it after realizing that it was created under the "people" directory. Because I'm talking about a company, not a person, the correct address would be http://getsatisfaction.com/truzio, which is now up and working well.
Problem: The address http://getsatisfaction.com/people/truzio is still public, rendering well. It seems to be a valid page, but it shouldn't be one! Could you please make it present that "we couldn't find it" friendly error message instead? Thanks!
