Hi Richard,
You can definitely share your photos from Snapfish to Facebook.
Here is how to do it:
To get started, follow the steps for selecting a photo or album. Once you have done that, follow these steps to share to your social network or blog:
Click the 'share to...' tab on the share page.
Click the icon for the social network or blog where you want to share your photos, such as Facebook.
You'll be asked to log in to your social network or blog account. Follow their prompts for sharing your photo or album.
When you share a photo or album to your social network or blog, a thumbnail image and a link to your photos will be displayed on your page for your friends to see.
If you have any problems, please let us know.
Yours, Otto

Hello Mr. Scott,
It was good to speak with you on Friday and I wanted to mention the results of our call here on getsatisfaction.
1) I checked and verified it with you that you are indeed only being charged 8 cents each for your mail-order pre-paid prints: it just shows confusingly in our shopping cart. For example, you paid 8 cents for each pre-paid credit, you bought 5 photos, and you were charged 5 of those credits for it, with no money paid, only credits used. Unfortunately our shopping cart shows those photos as costing 9 cents each, but you were only charged one pre-paid credit each (8 cents) not 9 cents each.
2) We strictly follow federal, state and local tax policies. We pay the federal, state and local taxes applicable at the recipient's shipping address, down to the sub-zip code level, with our tax code software regularly updated by the federal, state and local authorities.
3) Our shipping costs are stated online here: http://www.snapfish.com/helppricing and are clearly communicated in the shopping cart before you OK the purchase. Please note this is a shipping AND handling fee which includes all the packaging and processing effort getting your order carefully packaged and delivered to the shipper to get to you.
I hope this answers your questions but please feel free to cntact me if you have any further questions.
Yours, otto

Otto Imken replied on July 30, 2009 22:29 to the question "Downloading Snapfish photos" in Snapfish:
Hi all,
I am sorry for the confusion here, and I can personally understand why the charge for downloading hi-resolution images might be unexpected to some. Please be aware that you can download medium resolution versions of your images for free by simply right-clicking them.
But in specific response to Mr. Torr's legal arguments we need to be clear, so please excuse my legalese here: We have never allowed downloads of hi-resolution images for free. As advertised, the Snapfish site is designed for the uploading of images for the purposes of digital photo printing, photo sharing, and ordering personalized photo products. Storage is not the purpose of the site. Downloading of images is an option Snapfish makes available to customers, in addition to printing, sharing and personalized photo products. The download price is clearly displayed in our pricing table (http://www1.snapfish.com/helppricing#...) along with all other product and services pricing, and the price is also clearly displayed at the time of download. The customer is provided and must accept the download charge prior to downloading and has the option to cancel the download if they do not wish to proceed with transaction after seeing the price.
If you have any further questions or concerns about any of these issues, I’ll be glad to help!
Yours, Otto

Hello Ms Farina,
I'm very sorry for the trouble you had.
I contacted the Snapfish Danish team and Jo there just wrote you back today. It looks like you were not sent the order confirmation email to tell you that all 4 orders went through successfully. I'm very sorry for this failure of our email system. We will refund you for 3 of the orders and send you 1 order ASAP.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Otto Imken reported a problem in Snapfish on January 29, 2009 18:02:
Some Snapfish Print to Walgreens orders have been delayed a few hoursHello everyone,
We wanted to let you know that we are experiencing temporary technical problems today (January 29, 2009) sending some orders to some Walgreens stores.
If your specific print to Walgreens order today is delayed, we just sent you an email to let you know. If you did not get an email from Snapfish Customer Support, your order should be fine.
Also, we are not accepting new orders to be printed at Walgreens right now (10am PST), until this problem is resolved. We expect a resolution in the next hour or so.
We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you, and we appreciate your understanding.
Sincerely,
Otto Imken
