In another thread Jeff Mancuso asked me to email him. He then sent me a reply that has a link to the newest ExpandDrive test build. I tried it out and it works GREAT for SFTP. Just as good as 1.3.4 on a 2MB file and much faster with a 101.5MB file. Around 6 min or so while my Time Capsule was backing up. This is through my Gigabit ethernet to my cable modem. I'm very pleased with the turn around I just hope they can get the fix out for everyone else sooner rather than later.

I pinged it. Just for the record ExpandDrive 1.3.4 works great. a 2MB file transfered in what seemed almost instant once it started. Better than 10 min for a 3.4MB file. – ottoman42, on April 30, 2009 18:19

I'm going to down grade back to the most recent V1 as my trouble sstarted when I handed my $20 over to upgrade to V2.0.

Its better. Doesn't hang anymore but I wouldn't call it fast. 10 min on a 3.4 MB file is very sloooooow. 2.0 should've waited a bit longer. – ottoman42, on April 29, 2009 20:34

Yeah its sloow for me too. Also makes finder in general slow and buggy. I really feel 2.0 needed to be tested a little longer.

Error Code -1407

Mac 2.0 issues Error Code -1407 get this any time I try to load a file to my server via SFTP. This started after I tried to load a 3.4MB file which took over 20 minutes and then stopped working. Now when I eject the server in Finder it disappears but ExpandDrive still thinks its loaded. Also makes Finder unstable and slow to respond when I'm browsing directories outside of my server. Only Quitting ExpandDrive do my issues go away. 2.0 is really a beta release in my opinion.
