panoptican asked a question in Tumblr on October 05, 2009 22:55:
Audio posts lack HTML titlesIs it just me or do audio permalinks lack titles?
Every post I've made in this: http://noise.panoptican.org/ has a unique permalink structure but when you click over to the link, there is not title. Just the blog title. Not particularly friendly to search engines, if you ask me. Something wrong with my template maybe?

Paragraph formatting options in rich text editorIt would be nice to add paragraph formatting options to the rich text editor. All the standards right, left, center and justify.-

Back to report that you cannot cheat the queue with a schedule post at the top. Queue will simply publish posts after scheduled posts according to the schedule you set so it seems the only solution might be to change your queue prior to the days you don't want publishing to publish once per day or something. That would at least stagger it a bit more and then you need to change it back.
On the other hand, my suggestions would make things a whole hell of a lot more convenient.

Curious now about possibly using some combination of scheduled plus queue. Example: I don't want to publish on Saturday and Sunday from my queue so if I were to on Friday schedule the top post in my queue to post on Monday at 9 AM, will all other posts behind that scheduled posts wait until Monday to post? If so, that's kind of a workaround, eh? Gonna try it and report back though if you can tell me for sure, that would be good too.-

Only publish queued posts on specified daysWould love if I could set queued posts to publish only on certain DAYS, just as you can set it to publish between certain hours. Ideally there would be checkboxes for each day or something along those lines.

Podcast SupportPodcast support? I would love a web interface for subscribing to podcasts. Lala would be fantastic for this I think.

Settling for downloading the files on one computer, syncing those files between computers using Dropbox and on the other computer setting up watch folders for each of the channels I subscribe to. This works relatively well, though it will not mark videos as viewed on the home computer.
I think I'm going to shy away from syncing the database. Anyone else wanna give it a try?

is it possible to just sync the database file too? – panoptican, on February 26, 2009 02:41

Hi Jed,
Thanks for your help. I uninstalled once again and started over and things seem to be working again. I have limited my number of subscriptions as I have noticed in the past that the issues really arise the more subscriptions I have.
Here is the OPML file you asked for:

Try it out and let me know if you encounter similar problems.
